Instructions for getting and characters in MS-DOS (CP437) using MS notepad:
*1 - to get : Open notepad and enter "A" and save in UTF-8. Open file as ANSI and
look for " A" string. The space in the middle can be cut and paste into notepad (in
the ANSI mode) to provide the character.
*2 - to get : Open notepad and enter "A" and save in UTF-8. Open file as ANSI and
look for "-A" string. The hyphen in the middle can be cut and paste into notepad (in
the ANSI mode) to provide the character.
