This set of Frames files duplicates one possible intention originally
meant for <MENU>, but then how would the called files
know how long to keep up the special menu frame? Still, once frames
became common to HTML this format has found great use, and does not have
whatever problems or conflicts that otherwise might have been caused by
trying to implement such a thing with <MENU>.
By the way, just thought I would mention that the three recipes are authentic family recipes that really are delicious!
