Cooking Instructions

  1. Place water and tomato concentrate in open pressure cooker with a very low heat
  2. Blend beef, rice, salt, pepper, and oregano in large bowl using bare hands
  3. Form blended ingredients into meatballs about ¾ to 1 inch in diameter
  4. Place meatballs into pressure cooker, cover, and turn to high heat
  5. Place small cover on vent when steam stream is solid
  6. Heat at full heat (small cover is dancing or shows three lines) for 10 minutes (12 and 15 for double and triple recipe)
  7. Shut off stove and allow to cool for about 20 minutes
  8. Porcupine meat balls are ready to serve!
